About us

Who we are

The Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation was established January 2, 2013, with $40 million in proceeds from the sale of the BSA Health System and The Don & Sybil Harrington Cancer Center. Additionally, initial funds came from assets of the BSA Foundation and The Don & Sybil Harrington Cancer Center.

As the successor to the BSA Foundation and The Don & Sybil Harrington Cancer Center, Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation carries a legacy that involves decades of support from people throughout the region. We value the opportunity to continue the work started by our predecessors and continue to build on their hopes to make our community better.
